Privacy and Draw Terms

 

The ‘Promoter’ is StepOut (John Roberts Shoe Repairs)

  1. ‘Disqualified Participants’ are: (a) all John Roberts Shoe Repair employees and their Immediate Families; (b) all people under the age of 13 years
  2. No purchase is required to participate or win in the Promotion.
  3. Participants may enter the draw through signing up for the StepOut mail-list or/and ‘Liking’ the StepOut facebook page. Entry of the draw is limited to 1 person per draw.
  4. The Promotion is open to people living in New Zealand only.
  5. StepOut reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue a promotion at any stage, for any reason.
  6. StepOut reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion on reasonable grounds.
  7. By participating, entrants grant StepOut permission to use their full name to announce them as winners online.
  8. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
  9. Only the person who originally entered the promotion can be awarded the prize.
  10. The judge’s decision of the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The winner will be notified by email and the results will be announced on our StepOut website and Facebook page.
  12. If, after successful notification, the prize is not used within three months of being sent, it will be regarded as forfeit.
  13. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
